2019 Golf Tournament

On July 25th, come join our annual 4-person scramble Golf Tournament and support the Powassan and District Union Public Library.

 

This year, the funds raised from the tournament will support Youth and Senior programming at the library for the coming year.  This tournament is one of the largest and most important fundraisers for the library! 

 

There are over $5,000 in cash and prizes to be won so register yourself or a team today by contacting the library using our Contact Us form at the bottom of the page, or come into the library to register.

Register your team by June 30th at our early bird rate:

  • Per golfer early bird price is $75.00.

  • Team early bird price is $300.00. 

 

Regular pricing will be in effect starting July 1st: 

  • Per golfer regular price is $80.00. 

  • Team regular price is $320.00.

Registration fees cover golf fees, cart rental fees and dinner.​ If you would just like to join us for dinner, the cost is $40.00!

We are looking for Donations and Sponsorships

 

The Library is looking for businesses and individuals to sponsor holes at the golf tournament. All hole sponsors will get a promotional banner at the hole. Hole Sponsorship is $200 per hole with a charitable tax receipt for 87% ($175 per hole).

 

Also, we are looking for small item donations to give as prizes for our golfers. Furthermore, we are looking for larger item donations to our Silent Auction which will take place at the tournament. Businesses and individuals, if they wish, can donate gift cards, promotional merchandise, etc.  Items of any value are welcomed!

 

Finally, businesses can choose to purchase a $25.00 sponsorship in return for a promotional advertisement in our golf tournament booklet which will be distributed to every player.
