Girls Who Code Club
Every Thursday at 1pm!
Girls who Code is a Non-Profit organization intended to get girls more involved in S.T.E.M (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) activities. Each week, there will be a meeting where the girls will learn about empowering women, leadership, teamwork and how to code. No previous experience is needed. Sessions typically run from 1-2 hours with 10-15+ sessions and will be led by library staff member, Kennedy Bond.
GWC's mission is to inspire, educate and equip girls with computer skills that can help them reach the stars.
